มาตรา ๑๕๘๒ เพื่อตัดสินคดี หลังจากได้ฟังคู่คดีแล้ว หากผู้พิพากษาพิจารณาว่าควรที่จะไปดูสถานที่บางแห่ง หรือตรวจดูบางสิ่ง เรื่องนี้ ผู้พิพากษาต้องระบุไว้ในหนังสือคำสั่ง ที่บรรยายอย่างสรุปถึงเรื่องที่ต้องทำ เพื่อการไปดูนั้นเกิดประโยชน์

มาตรา ๑๕๘๓ ต้องทำรายงานเรื่องที่ได้ตรวจสอบแล้ว

Can.1582 If in order to settle a case the judge considers it opportune to have access to a given place or to inspect something, this should be specified in a decree which describes in summary fashion those elements which must be exhibited at the access, after hearing the parties.Can.1583 When the recognizance has been completed, a report of it is to be drawn up.
